5th Gen Ipod Touch

Apple launched their 5^th generation of new range of Ipod Touch last month. The new iPod Touch features a new 4 inch display, like the iPhone 5 and it also comes in a range of new colours.

Equipped with Dual-core A5 chip that provides seven times faster than previous model.

The gadget is thin as a wafer and delivers up to 40 hours of music playback. Compared to the previous model, apple has add new interesting features such as 5MP iSight camera, 1080p HD video recording and 4 inch retina display.

Apple also offered free engraving and gift wrap for the Ipod and Ipad buyer through online store. Buyer can engrave their personal message like “Happy Birthday” at back of the gadget. Apple also provides gift wrapping service with a red ribbon to the designated person for free. For Malaysia market, the price started at RM1049.

Samsung has introduced latest tablet version, the Samsung Tab 2 Ver10.1. Equipped with latest Android 3.1 (Honeycomb) OS, 10.1" WXGA 1280x800 display and 1GHz Dual Core application processor. Does it an awesome tablet to have?

After a few times tryout at the Digital Mall PJ, i decided 2 get the gadget. Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 has a Tegra 1GHz Dual Core application processor. Good enough to make sure your tablet perform well.

There are 5 walls that you can customize and there are some widget where we can adjust the dimension, which is something new to have compared to the older version.

So far all the games that I've downloaded from Android market are playable. Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 support 3D Graphic game and I get addicted to racing game because of the smooth experience and user friendly.

Not only as an entertainment platform, but also provide software that benefited for the muslim. From the android website, we can download softwares such as al-quran software for free. Besides showing the kalimah of al-quran, the software also can play al-quran recital from famous imam like Imam of Makkah.The good thing is, we can read the al-quran wherever we are and without need to take Wudhu' because we did not touch the Kitab of al-quran physically.

Nowadays parent can monitor their children performance through online. The system has been provided by Ministry of Education. For the time being, the system was offered to Standard 3 and above for Primary School student and to Form 2 and above for Secondary School student.

The main purpose of the system is to ensure the data collection task can be performed efficiently to ensure user at every level (school, parents and ministry) perform effectively.

By fills in student birth certificate number or identification card number, user able to obtain students profile and examination result at ease.

Car Security - What your roles??

Based on JPJ report, a private car is stolen every 24 minutes in Malaysia and that the chance of recovery is a mere 10% on average.  The statistic was very terrifying making us thinks twice before parking our beloved car. 

There are many method@tools can be choose to reduce the risk of our car to be stolen such as window etching, car security window tint, steering lock and  gear lock.

One of the famous car securities system is Immobilizer. In lame words, the gadget works by cut the powers supply of the car and the car will disable. Some of the car producer has installed the immobilizer as standard feature for their cars.

                               Remember, don't forget your car key!!!!

   

Other tips to share with:

1. Park in well-lit areas. Better still, park in direct line of sight of any security camera.
2. As you walk to your car, observe your surroundings. Any suspicious people hanging around, looking at you, or following you? They could be car jackers.
3. Car jackers also try to lure you out of your car. Methods they have used before are such as putting a note on your rear window or tying some cans under your car. As you reverse or move your car, the note or sounds draws your attention. So, you exit your car to determine the problem. As you move to your car rear, the car jackers enter your car and drive off. Other methods include puncturing one of your tires to force you change your tire in the parking lot. Once you have changed your tire, the car jackers (who have been observing all this while) move in and drive off your car.
